Some fatal errors are not boldfaced. When I tried to install MediaWiki, I saw
three bold warnings, but I had to really search for the message
config-brokenlibxml, which caused the installation to fail but didn't attract
attention. Apart from this message I found config-no-db, config-xml-bad and
config-using531, which seem to have the same problem. (But I didn't view these
in context.)
