After installing BreadCrumbs navigation none of the wiki entries are accessible
any more. Clicking any link gives back:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method
OutputPage::addModules() in
/var/lib/mediawiki/extensions/BreadCrumbs/BreadCrumbsFunctions.php
the page itself isn't displayed any more. You might display the page, by
entering the complete URL in your browsers URL-line. But any link within this
page, if clicked, will again lead to this error.
