Hello,
The Romanian Wiktionary is currently undergoing a massive process of replacing
its special diacritics from the wrong cedillas to the correct commas.
Therefore, the SITENAME should be changed from "Wikţionar" to "Wikționar".
Also, two special namespaces need changing as well, "Discuţie Portal" to
"Discuție Portal" and "Discuţie Apendice" to "Discuție Apendice".
If anyone could perform these replacements, we would be very grateful.
