When i translate a message from English to an RTL language, the translated
string is usually RTL. Currently the input box where i am writing the
translation is LTR by default. In Firefox the direction can be changed by
pressing Ctrl-Shift-X, but it would be nice to just skip this step which i have
to do every time and just have the default dir as RTL, as it is, for example,
when editing articles in RTL Wikipedias.
