'My Preference' returns error message, when Gujarati is set as interface
language. I have English set up as interface language on other wikis, so I can
see Special:Preferences correctly there (eg. en.wiki, hi.wiki, mr.wiki, etc)
but not on gu.wiki. Another user has set Gujarati on all these wikis so he
can't see is preferences page on any of these wikis. When going to
'http://gu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences' it returns below page:
