Apparently, the installer is i18n-ed to allow people to run it without having to read or understand English. There are large populations on earth, wo do not understand English at all, who do not even have a grasp of the Latin script. While all those people will likely be able to replace a default entry which does not make sense to them, it is always kind of impolite to present something foreign in a localized page without compelling technical reason.
