           Summary: Search suggestion
           Product: MediaWiki extensions
           Version: any
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Normal
         Component: UsabilityInitiative
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected], [email protected]

A feature idea: It would be nice to be able to middle-click or Ctrl-click the
search suggestions to open them in a new tab.

Very often, while adding a link to an article, i open a new tab with Wikipedia
to check that a target article exists; since titles are often ambiguous, i also
need to check that the target article actually discusses the thing that i need.
The needed article usually appears in the search suggestions, but currently
it's not possible to click it. Being able to click it will make editing easier.
