do not add link to Special:RevisionDelete for shared revision deleted files
The timestamp in the file history of a shared revision deleted file gets a link
to the local Special:RevisionDelete, when the user can see revision deleted
content, but that is useless, because the file is not on the local server.
I have create a patch, to replace the link by the timestamp.
