When you have a temporal media fragment, such as displayed at:
http://prototype.wikimedia.org/timedmedia/Main_Page#Temporal_media_fragments
The playback doesn't stop after 20 seconds if Timed Text is running. It stops
the video, but the Timed Text track keeps running all the way to the end.
