When I upload mutiple files and go to describe them and click Next, the
sections fade and a spinner appears, Howver (as I went from top to bottom), all
I see is a faded section and the green checkmark or spinner won't appear until
it starts doing the last file.
Shouldn't it scroll back to the top and/or submit to a new page ?
(I thought this was the case already, but not on Commons right now)
