Right UploadWizard's description language list is identical to the MediaWiki
interface language list. We include things like Simple English, Serbian
Cyrillic, Formal German, etc. Some of these aren't actually languages, but
rather scripts or dialects, thus Commons doesn't have language templates for
them.
