There are several maintenance scripts that should be run (regularly?) on
incubator. From IRC:
<Danny_B|backup> not sure, what is the maintenance script, i spoke with brion,
he may know what exactly should be run
<Danny_B|backup> there are ghost entries in database
<Danny_B|backup> broken watchlists
<Danny_B|backup> some orphan things
<Danny_B|backup> etc
<Danny_B|backup> so some general cleanup should be ran
