Bugzilla 4 now has a nice inline autocomplete thingmajig for CC and Assigned
fields. Unfortunately it only seems to show one row, which is usually not
enough to disambiguate: for instance 'trevor' shows 'Trevor Burnham' but not
'Trevor Parscal', 'bryan' shows 'Allen Bryan' but not 'Bryan Tong Minh'.
Sometimes typing a few more letters is enough to resolve, but if not it's
pretty mysterious -- if someone has a funky variant of their name in the system
you might need to go back from a full form to a shorter substring to turn up
the proper result, and if it's not first we never see it.
