1.17 adds the new table "iwlinks", but this table is not cleared after deleting
a page. Please clear that table for the pageid, because it is useless and
special pages or tools on the toolserver using that table shows wrong data.

You have to patch 1.17 manually, because the method was moved to another file
on trunk.
