Please enable file upload for all logged-in users of the Hungarian Wikipedia
(in other words, remove the autoconfirmed requirement). Different requirements
for upload on hu.wikipedia and on commons lead to much confusion amongst new
editors; we would like to see, in a one-month trial, whether relaxing the
requirements has any ill effects.
