In bug 21503 it was requested to add a "reason" field when creating an account
for a third person. That has been done, and the reason can be seen on
Special:RecentChanges but not on Special:Log nor in the specific
Special:Log/newusers. Examples:
* In Special:RecentChanges (meta):
(User creation log); 11:02 . . آرش (talk | contribs | block) created new
account User:Aarash (for get a global latin alphabet account)
* Log:
<https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/meta/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=newusers&user=&page=User%3AAarash&year=&month=-1&tagfilter=>
Please make that reason appear in the logs as well.
