1. If variable $wgLocaltimezone is not null, please add in message
[[MediaWiki:Timezoneuseserverdefault]] timezone name, for example:
"Use server default (Europe/Berlin)".
2. I would suggest to reword [[MediaWiki:Timezoneuseserverdefault]].
For example on pl.wiki default [[Special:Preferences#preftab-2]] has:
Server time: 10:07:57
Local time: 12:07
Time zone: Use server default
"Server" word makes confusions - "Use server default" means that wiki use
"Local time" (as set in $wgLocaltimezone), *not* "Server time". So please
reword to "Use wiki default" or in better way.
