When trying to export into openZim from
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Book:Castlevania_series certain plages are blank.
ex. Castlevania: The Arcade
Casltevania: Order of shadows
Pretty much all the lower case links zim://A/castlevania don't work while
zim://A/C does work.
