I think the new field is missunderstood as it only should be selected when an
issue belongs to a specific browser (shouldn't it?).
In the newly filed bugs with this field
(https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&field0-0-0=cf_browser&type0-0-0=notequals&value0-0-0=---)
there are some non browserdependent.
Today the tooltip for the field just shows "A custom Drop Down field in this
installation of Bugzilla.", which is a bit useless.
