1. Navigate to [[Special:Search]]
2. Type in "#foo" into the search bar.
3. Hit return.
4. "There is a page named "[[:]]" on this wiki." -- square brackets visible,
and a broken link
This only occurs when on [[Special:Search]], and not from the "go" search bar.
This message should be either suppressed completely, or perhaps go to the bad
title error.
