I am not sure, but it looks like $wgPagePropLinkInvalidations is not respected
when using $wgUseDumbLinkUpdate.
The problem: The method LinksUpdate::invalidateProperties is not called from
LinksUpdate::doDumbUpdate.
If I am wrong, feel free to INVALID this.
