This will change the prefix Wikipedia so that, for example, instead of "Wikipedia:የማያደላ አስተያየት" it will say "ውክፔዲያ:የማያደላ አስተያየት". I also propose a portal namespace to be created. I'm suggesting that it be called "በር፡", but if you prefer something else, add your suggestions. I'm requesting a vote here because community agreement is necessary to change these things.
