Special pages such as watchlist and recent changes present structured
information - date, user, page title, edit summary, tools (rollback etc.). This
would be served well by a tabular format. It is good for any language, but will
be particularly useful for mixing LTR and RTL text, because every part of the
data can have its directionality set on the cell level, so, for example, RTL
characters in the page title won't be able to screw up the display of the date
or of the username, as it often happens.
