After discussing at the “Café” of Wikinews[1], we decided to implement the
comments namespace directly at the top of a news article, as en.wikinews
does.[2] This change is requested because currently new users get often
confused about where to make a comment, and to improve Wikinews maintenance (in
that manner, sysops will encounter vandalisms and other Comments misuses
quicker and easier.
