When using a completely acceptable title like "Picture of the Year 2010 Banner
1", the AJAX validation responds with
"This looks like a file you obtained from another imagehost. Please make the
title more meaningful. Also, double check that you have the rights to publish
it on Wikimedia Commons."
This kind of false positive is annoying and troublesome. I can cheat the check
by making it longer and renaming it later, but it's poorly designed.
