Actual vs. preview
For http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:PGH.jpg, the preview is of much
inferior quality to the actual image, having black streaks all across it, not
to mention posterization, incorrect colors, etc. Purging/refreshing the page
doesn't fix the problem.
I have attached a comparison between the actual image (top, resized) and the
preview image (bottom).
