Yes, by "close" I mean add it to "closed.dblist". The wiki should not be
removed or deleted, you are right that that would just be a Bad Idea. :-)
We definitely used to have all of the other old wikis closed as well... but it
doesn't look like they are. Did someone reopen them?
Hmmm, actually, looking more into this, it looks like we used to say they were
"locked" but what we really did was disable account creation and editing by
anonymous users. (bug 11329, bug 16874) We should probably expand this bug to
closing all of the other wikis for real too.
