There is no way to view all the deleted files of a wiki. It is nice to get a
SpecialPage like Special:ListFiles, which is using the filearchive. Maybe call
it Special:ListDeletedFiles.
Also nice to have a filter on the uploader of the deleted files. Having an
opposite to Special:ListFiles/Username is in my opinion like
Special:Contributions vs. Special:DeletedContributions.
