mashup of screenshots showing error encountered when trying to edit cities
section in article "Ecuador"
When I login as "charliearcuri" and click one of the two edit links in the
section "Largest cities of Ecuador" of the article "Ecuador", I get a blank
edit control and some wording that talks about a template having been deleted.
I expected to see some text that would allow me to fix the caption of the image
currently captioned "Portoviejo".
