I noticed that the plain text (http://bug-attachment.wikimedia.org/attachment.cgi?id=8605) does not show the Cyrillic characters. This is the code of the MediaWiki:Cite_text page in Bulgarian (http://bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9C%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%8F%D0%A3%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8:Cite_text).
