Please enable/install LabeledSectionTransclusion on Outreachwiki.
It is (beside other content projects) installed on Meta and mw.org and it makes
perfect sense to install it on Outreach, where random complex projects will
arise.
Particularly now it is intended to be used for GLAM pages.
