If I go to
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/w/index.php?title=Special%3APrefixIndex&prefix=&namespace=108
and then click on "Next page (Celine Dion)" I get redirected to
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/w/index.php?title=Special:PrefixIndex&from=Celine_Dion&namespace=108
which shows only the page
[[Celine Dion]]
but if we look at
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/w/index.php?title=Special%3APrefixIndex&prefix=C&namespace=108
we can note that there are other pages which should be displayed.
