It should be possible to translate the names of special pages through
translatwiki.net. So far it seems to me that it is currently done in the
codebase directly.
This would add further usability for users and more consistency, e.g.
"Special:Ask" is already available as "Spezial:Semantische Suche", but
"Special:Browse" is not available as "Spezial:Browsen".
