We have a 'unit tests' component for MediaWiki which is suitable for issues
with the actual tests, but we don't have a good place to stick issues with the
automatic test running infrastructure:
* cruise control & its running of phpunit tests
* test swarm & its running of qunit tests
* anything else we may toss in in future
