When exporting a page with full history as xml dump and reimport it on the same
wiki with the same title (because err is human) there are no new revision are
created. That is ok.
But when there are revdelete revision in the export, the revdelete revision are
created and there are two revision with the same timestamp in the history. That
looks wrong to me.
