When I try to upload a file that already exists, ("There is another file
already on the site with the same content."), there is no possibility to go
back to upload a different file or do something else in the UploadWizard.
There is only one button "Retry failed uploads", which won't even work because
the content is still identical to the existing files.
Apart from that button, I can only either 1) leave the UploadWizard, 2) go back
to the upload wizard manually or 3) go to the already existing file, but I
cannot go back to upload a different file.
This is related to bug 27423.
