Setup: Debian Linux, MediaWiki 1.17, CentralAuth snapshot for 1.17.x
When going to [[Special:GlobalUserRights]] /
[[Special:GlobalGroupPermissions]], I get instantly redirected to
[[Special:UserRights]], strangely. However, I'm able to access
[[Special:CentralAuth]] and [[Special:GlobalGroupPermissions]] just fine.
This isn't a permissions issue - I have appropriate permissions globally.
Additionally, when accessing that same page on Meta, even though I'm not a
steward, I don't get redirected.
Although it doesn't happen to everyone, I've seen it happen to other wikis
which I don't operate, and its operators express the same frustration.
I haven't been able to debug this. Help?
