Bug #: 29622
Summary: WikiLove extension interface inputs for "make your
own" are confusing
Product: MediaWiki extensions
Version: any
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: Unprioritized
Component: WikiLove
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
Classification: Unclassified
When using the "Make your own" feature of WikiLove currently, there are several
inputs under "Add details":
> Enter a header
> Enter a title
> Enter an image from Wikimedia Commons
> Enter a message
Having both "header" and "title" inputs is rather confusing. It took me some
trial and error to figure out why there were two inputs and what the second
input ("title") referred to.
Clearer phrasing might help here. It might also be good to auto-fill the title
input with the header input if title is left blank. (Currently if title is left
blank, it just renders a large single apostrophe.)
