ArticleFeedback's simple survey implementation is showing
<prefswitch-survey-true> and <prefswitch-survey-false> on the page.
Reason being that, although ArticleFeedback properly includes SimpleSurvey
(require_once ..... SimpleSurvey/SimpleSurvey.php ).
SimpleSurvey does not properly include PrefStats, it only includes the autoload
classes, not the extensionmessages etc.
