It would be nice if it were possible to add a banner to a campaign through the
banner view, in addition to the regular campaign view.
This could be implemented by adding a "Campaigns" section to the banner view
(e.g.
<http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:NoticeTemplate/view&template=B20110608_PeterRegularBanner>).
