When I go to http://hi.wikipedia.org/User:MarkAHershberger, I am redirected to
http://hi.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E0%A4%B8%E0%A4%A6%E0%A4%B8%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%AF:MarkAHershberger
The API, though, doesn't seem to handle this sort of redirection and will let
me create a User:MarkAHershberger page. (At least, it appears that it would.
My api client is somewhat broken atm)
