Please set $wgUploadMissingFileUrl to
'http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload?uselang=nl' for nlwiki (Dutch
Wikipedia).
This is a temporary fix until r92598 goes live on WMF wikis. (It used to work
with $wgUploadNavigationUrl only, which is set for nlwiki already.)
