We would like to have set wgUploadNavigationUrl + wgUploadMissingFileUrl for
the projects nl.wikisource.org, nl.wikiquote.org, and nl.wiktionary.org set the
same as nl.wikipedia.org regarding the upload links to Commons. Currently we
have set a part of this by our Common.js
