These property values all display as links to the FilesCategory, FileTemplate,
and the FileForm:
[[CategoryProperty::Category:FilesCategory]]
[[TemplateProperty::Template:FileTemplate]]
[[FormProperty::Form:FileForm]]
This does not produce a link:
[[FileProperty::File:File.jpg]]
The expected behavior is a thumbnail image linked to the file page. This DOES
work in the factbox, but not anywhere else.
Example, on the right side semantic template:

I marked this bug "critical" because this is basic semantic wiki functionality
that is not working.
