When selecting CC0 as the license for a new wiki, it links to an image
/skins/common/images/cc-0.png
However, that doesn't exist. Probably you should ship this:
http://i.creativecommons.org/p/zero/1.0/88x31.png
as cc-0.png. I'll attach it.
