On more than one wikis, upgrades to MediaWiki 1.17.0, after running the update
script, a database error relating to the table "iwlinks" leaves the following
error on pages:
Database error
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the
software. The last attempted database query was:
(SQL query hidden)
from within function "LinksUpdate::getExistingInterwikis". Database returned
error "1146: Table '<prefix>.iwlinks' doesn't exist.
