Recently the Russian Wikinews was attacked by vandal so the community have
decided to install the AbuseFilter extension in order to deal with such
problems.

Please enable AbuseFilter on Russian Wikinews. abusefilter-view,
abusefilter-log, abusefilter-log-detail should be visible to anyone except
private filters which should be visible to admins only.
