I'm not sure what else we can do. The reports that cropped up in the past few hours are apparently not related to this problem. This ticket has gotten a *lot* of attention. For example, we had the VP of the router maker expedite delivery of a new router because of this ticket. Last night, after talking with Saibo on IRC (who left the comments above), I decided this problem was fixed, partly because of Saibo's tests and experience at Commons, but also because new reports had apparently stopped showing up here.
