Proposed change diff file
PNNL has added a hook in specials/SF_FormEdit.php for last-minute changes to
form data prior to the redirect form being called. This hook allows us to
insert page content that enriches the page that couldn't otherwise be contained
in a template (header tabs, other layout customizations).
