There is an option "E-mail me on replies to a thread I am watching"
in Special:preferences.
Unlike the other e-mail options, this option is not disabled (greyed)
when a user did not have an e-mail adderss set, or the e-mail address
is not confirmed.
Behavior of these options should be consistent.
